California dental insurance, state budget cuts effectiving us poor people.

I do not know what to do.  I have two small children and live on very little money.  I use to get dental care though the state even though it was not much it did help me with make sure my kids teeth were taken care of.

I have been without dental insurance now for over eight months.  I am worried about my children teeth going bad without dental care but can not afford to go to a general dentist without some help.  Even the dental clinic are getting to be too over crowed and getting in can take forever if you are lucky.  Please can you give me some advise.

    You can buy a dental insurance plan that for you and your family as low as 15.00. I know money can be really tight but looking getting a low cost dental insurance plan like and HMO and hopefully you will be able to manage the monthly cost.

    I am not sure if going to a dental school will be better then going to a clinic but it also offers low dental cost for services render. You may want to look into that.

    I am living on a very low income too. Though the state I was able to get dental help but for only my minor children. So my dental health care is going to the waste side but at least my children can see a dentist. I would suggest calling your case worker and seeing what they can suggest.
